PIN Numbers

East Kilbride Credit Union members can access their account online.  One logged in they will have access to:

• View their balances - shares & loans
• View their most recent transactions
• Apply for loans (including payment calculator)
• Request or print forms
• send an online enquiry

You can access you account online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which means you always have up to date information regarding your account.

This would be a benefit to members who pay by standing order, payroll deduction or paypoint, who are not in the office as often as those who deposit by cash or cheque.

Getting your PIN number

You can apply for your PIN using the on-line Pin Request Form .

Simply complete the form and submit it. Your details will be verified and your PIN number will be forwarded to you. For security purposes all PIN numbers will be sent by post.

When applying for a PIN, you will be asked to provide a password.  Should you forget your PIN at any time and require a reminder you will be asked to supply the password you provided.  Please ensure that the password you choose if one you will remember.

If you forget your PIN number please fill in our PIN Number Reminder Form.

If you need to be reminded of your PIN you will need to give your password as well as the standard account security information in order for us to send you a reminder.

Forgot PIN & Password?

If you forget both your PIN number and password you will have to complete and return a new PIN Number Request Form.

This new application will cancel any previous PIN and once processed this will again be sent to you by post for security.
