Saving with East Kilbride Credit Union

Both adult and junior members have various ways in which they can make deposits to their Credit Union account.

  • You can call into the office and make a cash or cheque deposit.  All cheques should be made payable to East Kilbride Credit Union Ltd

  • You can set up a standing order to deposit funds into your account weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on what suits you and which frequency your bank accepts.

  • You can make deposits by payroll deduction (If you are an employee of South Lanarkshire Council).  Funds will be deducted on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

  • You can telephone or call into the office to make debit card deposits towards your credit union account

  • You can make deposits with your PayPoint card and any of the outlets near you.  Please enter your post code here:
http://www.paypoint.co.uk/locator.htm to find paypoint outlets near you.  Please note our cards are not accepted by the Post Office.

If you pay manually at the office, you will always receive a receipt with your new share balance.

If you pay by any of the other methods you can apply for a PIN to keep track of your account online.  For more information regarding a PIN, please see the About your PIN section.

Alternatively you can pop in or telephone the office to request a statement of your account at any time.
