Our team recently completed Gambling Harms Training with Citizens Advice Bureau. If you or someone you know needs support, help is available 24/7 via the National Gambling Helpline at 0808 8020 133.

Our school savers program is expanding! Linzi has been visiting local primary schools to help children start their savings journey early. Parents, get in touch to learn how your child can participate.

📱 App & Online Banking Enhancements
We’ve switched our card payment provider to Cardnet. If you experience payment issues, try clearing your cookies. Also, don’t forget to download our Sercle app for easier account access!

Plan ahead! Our office will be closed from April 18th-21st for Easter and on May 5th & May 26th for public holidays. Share withdrawals must be requested in advance to avoid delays.
