EK Credit Union is opening again
The staff are back in the office after 112 days working from home where they still delivered a first-class customer service. Your credit union will now look and feel different as we are following all health advice and government instructions about how to keep each other safe.
This will be available from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday where staff will be delighted to take your calls. We expect a high volume of calls as we get back to delivering a full service so please bear with us if it is busy and we may need to take your details and call you back.
Members are encouraged to use our online services as this will limit the number of personal callers to the office which again keeps us all safe. Everything you need to do with your credit union can be done online so there is little need to call at the public counter.
If you need help getting online please ask a member of the team who will be delighted to help you.
We will open the public counter from Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
In line with Scottish Government guidelines, all callers are required by law to wear a face covering when visiting our offices. If you are exempt or have a health condition, please advise a member of staff.
You will be expected to maintain a 2m distance from other callers and there will be clear signs on how to enter and exit the premises. The use of the hand sanitisers is encouraged.
All pay in transactions should be done by card – preferably contactless. All withdrawals will be done by BACS to save our staff handling cash.
