All staff are working from home until Friday 28 January 2022, so our online, email and telephone services remain unaffected. Members wishing to deposit money, make loan repayments or make share-withdrawals can do so by phone during office hours or online 24/7 if they have registered for these services. There is currently an increase in telephone traffic so please bear with us if there are delays in responding to your calls. If you need to leave a voicemail please make sure you give us your name, credit union account number and a telephone number where we can reach you. You may hear an O2 voicemail response but, don’t worry, it’s definitely EK Credit Union. Our return call may also come from an O2 mobile number.
The public counter will be re-opening to members from Wednesday 2 February 2022 at 10:00.
