Holiday Opening Hours at EKCU

As the festive season approaches, we want to make sure all our members are aware of our holiday hours so you can plan ahead. Please find our detailed schedule for the Christmas and New Year period below:

Opening Hours

  • Monday 23rd December: Normal hours, phone lines open 9am–5pm.
  • Tuesday 24th December: Phone lines open 9am–3pm.
  • Wednesday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed.
  • Thursday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed.
  • Monday 30th December: Normal hours, phone lines open 9am–5pm.
  • Tuesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve): Phone lines open 9am–3pm.
  • Wednesday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed.
  • Thursday 2nd January: Closed.

We will resume our normal opening hours on Friday 3rd January 2025.

Important Deadlines

To help ensure a smooth holiday season, please take note of these important deadlines:

  • Share Withdrawals: Requests must be submitted no later than 2pm on Tuesday 24th December or 2pm on Tuesday 31st December to guarantee same-day payment.
  • Loan Applications: The last date for guaranteed loan decisions before Christmas is Friday 20th December.

We encourage all our members to plan ahead during this busy period. If you need assistance or have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us before the holidays.
